This page answers the most common questions about using HeadLines Decoded. If you still need help, the best way to reach us is through the Contact page.

Finding stories

Use the section bar at the top of the homepage (Top Stories, Travel, Disney, Tech & AI, and more) to browse by topic. On the homepage you will also find featured pieces, series, and the latest articles.

You can also use the search icon (usually in the top right) to look for a specific subject, person, or keyword.

Browsing on mobile

HeadLines Decoded is designed to work well on phones, tablets, and desktop. On smaller screens the section bar scrolls left and right. Just swipe to see more categories. Articles are formatted for comfortable reading on any device.

Newsletters and updates

If you sign up for updates, we will only send you messages related to new articles or important site news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Reporting a problem

If a page is not loading correctly, an image is missing, a link is broken, or something else is not working the way it should, please let us know. The fastest way is through the Contact page. Include the URL of the page and a short description of what you saw. That helps us fix it quickly.

Story tips and corrections

Spotted an error? Have a tip for a story we should cover? We want to hear it.

  • Corrections. We take accuracy seriously. If something is wrong, tell us and we will review it. Significant corrections are noted on the article itself.
  • Story tips. You can send tips through the Contact page or the Decode This For Me form. We read every submission, though we cannot respond to or pursue every one.

Our standards

If you want to know how we report, what we will and will not publish, and how we handle sources and corrections, read our full Standards page. It is the public commitment we make to readers.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to help support the work of this site. Ads are labeled and should not interfere with reading. If you prefer fewer personalized ads, you can adjust your preferences in Google Ads Settings.

Privacy

We have a full Privacy Policy that explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. If you have a privacy-related question, you can reach us at [email protected].

Still need help?

Email us at [email protected] or use the Contact form. We are a small newsroom, so replies may take a day or two, but we do read everything.
