The Biggest Show Floor D23 Has Ever Built
From August 14 through August 16, 2026, Disney fans are filling the Anaheim Convention Center for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Disney has billed this year’s show floor as the largest in D23 history. Walking the aisles this weekend, it is easy to see why so many fans are calling it a dream come true.
Every corner of the convention center has been transformed for the occasion. Pavilions spread out across the hall, each one built around a different piece of the Disney universe. Fans wandering from one end to the other could easily spend an entire day just soaking it all in.
Imagineering Horizons Takes Over
The Walt Disney Imagineering pavilion, named Imagineering Horizons, anchors the show floor this year. Disney has described it as the largest Imagineering pavilion the event has ever hosted. Inside, guests can explore the creative process behind Disney Parks projects taking shape around the world. It is the kind of pavilion that turns a casual visit into a lasting memory.
A Trip Through Mundo Pixar
Just steps away, Mundo Pixar invites guests into life-size sets inspired by some of Pixar’s most beloved films. This special preview of the globally touring exhibition brings favorite movie moments into three dimensions. A dedicated merchandise shop lets fans take a piece of the magic home with them. It has quickly become one of the most photographed stops on the entire floor.
Archives Uncrated for the First Time
The Walt Disney Archives is debuting an all new exhibition called Uncrated. It invites guests on a journey into the vast and hidden warehouses where Disney history lives. Inside, themed displays showcase shipments of iconic props and costumes pulled straight from the vault. Beloved puppets make an appearance too, giving longtime fans a rare look behind the curtain.
Mickey Takes the Checkered Flag
Formula 1 fans have their own reason to celebrate on the show floor this year. The Disney and Formula 1 pavilion features the latest Mickey Mouse Formula 1 car on display for guests to admire. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse pose for photos in front of the car throughout the event. Both characters wear racing inspired outfits for the occasion, delighting fans who line up for a snapshot.
Sports Fans Head to the Super Bowl
Over at the ESPN pavilion, the Road to the Super Bowl activation invites fans to celebrate football season the Disney way. Guests can strike a pose inside stadium inspired photo backdrops built just for the occasion. The experience builds toward a confetti filled victory celebration. An exclusive ESPN Super Bowl pin is available to guests too, giving pin collectors one more reason to stop by this corner of the floor. Even fans who do not follow football have found themselves swept up in the celebration.
Streaming Comes to Life
The Disney+ Hulu Experience turns favorite shows into a walk through wonderland. A signature 4D theater sits at the heart of the space. Guests can also join a collectible mystery pin quest as they make their way through. Photo opportunities inspired by Percy Jackson and the Olympians welcome fans right at the entrance. American Horror Story and Camp Rock 3 bring their own moments to explore further inside.
Beloved Characters Come Out to Play
Talent Central is where many of this weekend’s character meetings take place. WALL-E and EVE are scheduled to greet fans on Sunday, August 16. Guests can also meet the droids R2-D2 and Chopper on Saturday, August 15. Reservations are recommended for these meetings, since spots tend to fill quickly at a show floor this size.
Pins, Autographs, and Plenty to Take Home
Disney Pin Trading has its own dedicated moments this year. A panel called Behind the Curtain: Pin Trading takes the Hyperion Stage on Friday, August 14. Disney Pins artists are also on hand across the weekend for signings and meet and greets. Combined with Talent Central’s roster of artists and voice actors, the show floor gives collectors and autograph hunters plenty to look forward to. Many fans arrive with lanyards already loaded, ready to fill every open space by the time they leave.
With three full days ahead, fans are still discovering new corners of this record breaking show floor. Disney has clearly built something for every kind of fan this year. For anyone walking the Anaheim Convention Center this weekend, the largest show floor in D23 history is theirs to explore.
